Accessibility statement.
Prime Care Life is committed to making digital experiences accessible to people with disabilities. This page describes the work we do to keep this website usable for everyone, the standards we aim for, and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.
Our commitment
Prime Care Life is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work continually to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards to this website. Accessibility isn't a one-time project — it's an ongoing responsibility we take seriously as a Targeted Case Management provider serving people who may themselves be navigating a disability.
Measures we take
To support the accessibility of this website, Prime Care Life:
- Treats accessibility as a requirement in the design and development of new content and features
- Uses semantic HTML, meaningful heading structure, and clear labels so assistive technology can interpret the site accurately
- Provides text alternatives for meaningful images
- Supports keyboard navigation across interactive elements, with visible focus indicators
- Maintains sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Avoids content that flashes or moves in ways known to trigger seizures
- Reviews accessibility whenever we make meaningful changes to the site
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard, and that we are actively working to close those gaps.
Compatibility with assistive technology
This website is designed to work with the following combinations of browsers and assistive technology:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack on Android
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows
The site may not work as intended in browsers or assistive technology released more than three major versions ago.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies working together with your browser and any assistive technology installed on your device:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of this website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Third-party embedded content: maps, videos, or forms provided by outside services may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We work with those providers when possible and offer alternative contact methods (phone, email) for anything that cannot be reached another way.
- Older content: documents or images uploaded before our current standards were adopted may lack full accessibility. We update these on request.
If you encounter something not listed here, please tell us — see the report section below.
Assessment approach
Prime Care Life evaluates the accessibility of this website through internal self-assessment. We have not yet commissioned a third-party accessibility audit but consider it as part of ongoing improvement.
How we handle feedback
We take accessibility feedback seriously. When you report a barrier, we aim to respond within three business days. Where a fix is possible, we work to implement it as quickly as our resources allow. Where a fix is not immediately possible, we offer an alternative way to access the same information or service — usually by phone or email.
Approval
This accessibility statement was prepared by Prime Care Life and applies to the primecarelife.com website. It will be reviewed at least annually and whenever significant changes are made to the site.
